Weigh anchors! Set sail to a new amazing adventure!
Further to the success of The Amazing Creepy Granny House, with more than 50000 copies sold, here comes another amazing lift the flap book by Meritxell Martí and Xavier Salomó.
Once upon a time there was a retired pirate who lived in a strange old house on top of a rock. On the ground floor: an empty tavern. And in the basement, barrels of old rum and secret creepy passages. With the help of his granddaughter, they will sail against all odds to find a precious treasure.
In broad outline, that would be the plot. But don’t be misled, this is much more than a book. It is a treasure hunt. It is also a pirate ship to live amazing adventures.
The story is packed with nods to classics such as Treasure Island, The Adventures of Baron Munchausen, Andersen’s The Little Mermaid, Salgari’s The Black Corsair and many more. If your little ones love adventure and pirate stories, this is one of a kind!
