My Hat

A hat is an accessory to cover and protect our heads. But it can also be a useful tool for thinking, playing and guessing what’s under it. That’s one of the purposes of the new lift-the-flap book by Christian Inaraja. It presents a gallery of portraits of kids wearing all sorts of headwear: from knitted and bath caps to scout and top hats. Accompanied with simple rhymes, readers will discover what the protagonists want to become when they grow up. Just make your guess, lift the flaps and find out which are the thoughts kept under each hat. And you, what do you want to be when you grow up?
