Combel attended the 5th Professional Conference along the Bienal.
The fifth edition of the fellowship was held on September 4th and 5th, during the 27th São Paulo International Book Fair.
Promoted by the CBL, through Brazilian Publishers, in partnership with ApexBrasil (the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency) and the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MRE) the event brought together publishers, literary agents and other market players from the national and international publishing market.
Among the activities scheduled, the 5th Professional Conference stood out as one of the most important initiatives for professionals in the publishing sector.
Besides Combel, more than 60 companies took part in the event, including companies from countries such as Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Italy, Perú and Turkey.
For two days, business matchmaking and a program of exclusive talks were held with the aim of encouraging the internationalization of the Brazilian publishing sector. We made new friends and we were finally able to meet in person Mais Amigos, who have just published the “I Spy with My Little Eye” series.
During the event, we had the opportunity to meet our beloved clients Carochinha and Leiturinha who have published with great success our series “Agus & Monsters”, “Bitmax & Co”, and the just launched “Daniel Detective trilogy”.
